Downey Public Library created their volunteer management system for the literacy program on Access. This document is a "review" of the system, and identifies the features it is capable of supporting. Please note that another document -- a series of screen shots of the Downey Access system -- is also here so that you could use or refine them if you have a staff person or volunteer who is developing a system for you in Access.
